A vibrant blend of roasted tomatoes, kalamata olives, fresh cauliflower, and artichoke hearts, topped with Feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette; placed on a bed of brown rice and tri-color quinoa.
Cooking instructions
MICROWAVE: Remove lid & shrink wrap. Loosely cover tray with microwave safe lid or plastic wrap, place tray in the center of microwave at least 1” from the sidewalls. Prepare on high heat; from frozen 3.5 - 4.5 minutes, from thawed 1.5 - 2.5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 °F as measured by use of a thermometer.
CONVECTION OVEN: Remove lid & shrink wrap. Cover with foil. Bake in tray on metal sheet pan at 350°F; from frozen 10-15 minutes, from thawed 4-7 Minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F as measured by use of a thermometer.
