To better assist you with orders placed directly through our website, we have provided several frequently asked questions (FAQs) below for reference. What are your shipping fees?

  • 1 Case $27.95
  • 2 Cases $15.95
  • 3+ Cases FREE

Who is your preferred courier?

Orders are shipped via our preferred shipping partner FedEx.  To ensure the integrity of the product, product is shipped via 2-Day Service or Priority Ground. Expedited service is available, including Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight. 

When I order, how long will it be before my order is processed?

Orders received by 12pm ET are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm ET will be processed during the next business day.

Where do you ship to?

We are currently set up to ship anywhere in the continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). We do not, however, ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

How will my order be packed?

Due to t­he frozen perishable state of Kabobs’ products, all orders are shipped in a cooler with dry ice and foam packaging. Please ensure that when handling the ice you utilize protective gloves and restrict contact with your bare skin.

Will I need to be available to sign for my delivery?

No. We do not require a signature upon delivery.

Does product need to be thawed before preparation?

No. With the exception of Entrées, all products can be prepared from the frozen state.  Cooking instructions for all products are available online or on each product label.

What is the shelf life of the product?

Shelf life of all product ranges from 12 to 18 months.

What is your return policy if I am dissatisfied with my product?
