KABOBS ANNOUNCES 10 NEW HORS D’OEUVRES FOR 2010
Encompassing the latest trends within the food industry and customer feedback / requests, Kabobs new products for 2010 add flavor and color to menus.

Lake City, GA – (2/25/2010) - In continuing to exceed the expectations of dining patrons with innovative, eye-catching delectable morsels, Kabobs, The Hors d’oeuvre Specialists, is proud to unveil ten new exciting items for winter 2010.


Capturing the current “Comfort Food” craze, Kabobs culinary team has crafted several unique takes on regional classics; all embodying Kabobs’ rich history of incorporating high-quality raw ingredients with award-winning flavor profiles.


  • BBQ Shrimp & Grits Crisp – A southern coastal favorite consisting of shrimp and velvety sharp cheddar cheese grits, accented with smoky barbeque sauce, nestled in a thin mouth-watering bacon crisp.
  • Low Country Boil Kabob - A southern classic, capturing good old country charm. Succulent shrimp with the robust flavors of andouille sausage paired with a roasted new potato and onion, hand-threaded on a 6” skewer and brushed with Old Bay butter.
  • Beef Bourguignon - A classic French peasant dish consisting of tender beef, braised in Burgundy wine, applewood bacon, garlic, thyme, carrots and mushrooms, enveloped in buttery puff pastry.
  • Coney Island Dog – A small version of the iconic frankfurter toped with yellow mustard and sauerkraut wrapped in a sweet croissant pastry.

Additional new items capturing Kabobs artistic and creative flair include a mouth watering Honey Dijon Salmon & Asparagus Tulip, Cinnamon Sweet Potato Puff, classic Shrimp Casino, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Swans, sweet and savory Cranberry and Brie Phyllo Roll and Pulled Pork Biscuit.

Kabobs Announces Eight New Items, Including Components
Kabobs Fall 2011 New Product Launch

Lake City, GA – (8/15/2011) - “Individuality and creativity are at the forefront of what chefs want to convey to their dining patrons,” explained Will Rece, Executive Chef at Kabobs. “To better assist chefs / customers in creating their own unique culinary masterpieces, Kabobs is proud to announce three new component products as part of our new August product launch.”

Kabobs, gourmet manufacturer of handcrafted hors d’oeuvres / appetizers and entrees, is proud to announce eight new innovative items, just in time for the holiday season. Capturing the recent dining trends and forecasts within the foodservice industry, our culinary team has created an impressive new product offering ranging from comfort food, authentic regional Hispanic cuisine, and breakfast items. New for August 2011, Kabobs is pleased to unveil: Havana Cuban Dog, Shepherd’s Pie, Arroz Con Pollo, Coconut Lobster Tail, and Three Cheese & Egg Buttermilk Biscuit.

In addition to the new hors d’oeuvres and entrée items, Kabobs has added component products to its ever expanding menu. These new component pieces are a great stepping block for chefs / customers wanting to create their own hors d’oeuvre / appetizer.

  • Artisan Corn & Jalapeno Jack Cakes: Hand formed gluten-free corn cakes, capturing generations of artisan mastery; mixed with jalapenos, Monterey Jack cheese, and fresh green onions.
  • Salt & Pepper Potato Cakes: Shredded Russet potatoes, tossed with diced onions, egg, crushed sea salt and pepper, hand formed into unique rustic cakes.
  • Classic NY Mini Cheesecake: Traditional baked New York cheesecake flavor! Heavy cream, lightly folded eggs, and rich cream cheese placed on a mild buttery graham cracker crust.
